RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN PROGRAM KB BERBASIS WEB DI DPPKB KECAMATAN SURADE

ABSTRAK

Aradea Mega Pratiwi (19162559), Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Program KB Berbasis Web di DPPKB Kecamatan Surade.

Dalam pelaksanaan pendaftaran program KB pada DPPKB Kecamatan Surade masih menggunakan sistem manual, sehingga sistem tersebut mengalami beberapa kendala seperti kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Maka dari itu perlu dibangun sebuah rancangan sistem informasi dengan menciptakan atau membuat suatu sistem maupun aplikasi. Dengan adanya kemajuan teknologi yang sangat pesat saat ini, menuntut kita untuk mengikuti arus perkembangan teknologi tersebut. Perkembangan ini akhirnya mendorong berkembangnya teknologi database atau website, sehingga memungkinkan dibuatnya suatu sistem informasi manajemen aplikasi yang berbasis web. Dengan kemajuan teknologi tersebut menjadi solusi bagi DPPKB dalam menyelesaikan permasalahannya. Perkembangan teknologi seperti website ini dapat diterapkan juga untuk instansi DPPKB Kecamatan Surade untuk pelaksanaan pendaftaran program KB, karena web dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan/instansi tersebut. Maka dari itu perlu dibuat sebuah rancang bangun sistem informasi pendaftaran berbasis web. Melalui sistem informasi pendaftaran berbasis web ini dapat membantu proses pendaftaran dalam meminimalisir kesalahan dan kehilangan data. Adapun model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode RAD


ABSTRACT

Aradea Mega Pratiwi (19162559), Design Build Information System Web Based KB Program in DPPKB Subdistrict Surade.

In the implementation of the registration of KB program on DPPKB, Surade subdistrict still uses manual system, so that the system encountered some constraints such as error and data loss. Therefore, it is necessary to build a draft information system by creating or creating a system or application. With the rapid advancement of technology today, it requires us to follow the current technological developments. This development ultimately encourages the development of database or website technology, thus enabling a Web-based application management information System. With the advancement of technology becomes a solution for DPPKB in resolving the problem. Development of technology such as this website can be applied also to the institution DPPKB Surade Sub-district for the implementation of the registration of KB program, because the Web can be developed in accordance with the progress of information technology required by the company/agency. Therefore, it is necessary to create a design system for Web-based registration information. Through this web-based registration information system can assist the registration process in minimizing errors and data loss. The model of system development used is using RAD methods.
