Bantuan sosial untuk masyarakat merupakan tugas dan misi utama pemerintah untuk menyejahterakan bangsa dan negara menjadi lebih baik. Oleh karena itu pemerintah terus melakukan inovasi tentang bantuan sosial di masyarakat khususnya di Desa Sirnajaya. Dalam menjalankan program bantuan sosial, pemerintah daerah dan Desa Sirnajaya bekerja sama untuk meminimalisir penyaluran bantuan yang tidak tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi ketika penulis melakukan observasi dan mewawancarai salah satu staf Desa Sirnajaya, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa minimnya pengetahuan warga tentang syarat diberikannya bantuan dan tidak adanya kriteria yang pasti dari Desa Sirnajaya ketika memberikan bantuan, oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu staf desa dalam menentukan penerima bantuan sosial, dibuatlah aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan  tentang Penentuan penerima bantuan sosial berdasarkan 4 kriteria. Yakni Penghasilan, Status Perkawinan, Jumlah tanggungan, dan umur. Metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Di mana hasil sistem pendukung keputusan ini berupa perankingan calon penerima bantuan sosial sesuai dengan besar nilai akhir hasil yang diperoleh. Dengan dibuatnya sistem pendukung keputusan penerima bantuan sosial ini diharapkan mampu mempermudah dalam penyaluran penerima bantuan di Desa Sirnajaya maupun di Desa lainnya.

Social assistance for the community is the main task and mission of the government to improve the nation and state for the better. Therefore the government continues to innovate social assistance in the community, especially in Sirnajaya Village. In carrying out social assistance programs, the local government and Sirnajaya Village work together to minimize the distribution of aid that is not on target. This research was motivated when the writer interviewed one of the Sirnajaya Village staff, concluded that the lack of community knowledge about the conditions of assistance and the absence of definite criteria from Sirnajaya Village when providing assistance, therefore, a decision support system was needed to assist village staff in determining recipient of social assistance, Decision Support System application was made regarding the determination of recipients of social assistance based on 4 criteria. Namely income, marital status, number of dependents, and age. The decision support system method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Where the results of this decision support system in the form of ranking prospective recipients of social assistance in accordance with the final value of the results obtained. The establishment of a decision support system for recipients of social assistance is expected to be able to facilitate the distribution of aid recipients in Sirnajaya Village and other villages.
