Abstract
The
role of counseling teachers in schools is of course very vital in preventing
and dealing
with
bullying that occurs, however the imbalance between the number of counseling
teachers
and
the large number of students can be a barrier to communication. How a counseling
teacher
applies interpersonal communication patterns with bullying students will be
further
examined
in this scientific research. This study aims to describe to understand the
interpersonal
communication patterns of counseling teachers with bullying students as well
as
to see the intensity of interpersonal communication between counseling teachers
and
bullies
and to analyze the interpersonal communication skills of counseling teachers
with
bullies.
This research adopts the Post Positivism Paradigm because it is naturalistic.
The
research
was conducted in natural conditions, data analysis was carried out inductively
based
on facts found in the field.
