The purpose of this research is to see the shoe sales strategy which is carried out by the SWOT analysis method. The research was taken on the home industry. In this study, the data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews with company owners and interviews with several employees. Observation of direct observation of the field to see the production process and identify the sales process. In this study, the results of research related to sales were obtained and analyzed the marketing strategy through the 4P approach (Product, Price, Place, and Promotion) and analyzed using SWOT analysis. To know the results of the sales strategy used, knowing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company in making sales, determining improvements in marketing strategies that are following the conditions of MSMEs, and proposing the use of social media as a means of sales information. The method used in this study is a description of case studies on the object of research using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the SWOT analysis technique. The results showed that the marketing strategy carried out was still using the old strategy and did not follow the times, improving the sales strategy following company conditions, using and displaying through social media as one of the selected strategies. so that consumers easily find out the latest news about products marketed and sales, through a wider area or area.
