The objective of the research was to find out and to analyze leadership style and job satisfaction, what extent influence of teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sampling method used is the Slovin formula as many as 38 respondents. Data collection method used is to provide a research instrument was a quitionnaire to the respondent. The research method uses regession analysis with SPSS 17.0. The result of this study indicate that the leadership style have a positive influence on teacher performance, dan job satisfaction have a positive influence on teacher performance to, meaning a both of variable have a positive influence on teacher performance together in SMP Negeri Kecamatan Setu Kabupaten Bekasi. Based on analyze and finding in this study, it can be concluded that a both of variable have a positive influence and significantly influance on teacher performance together in SMP Negeri Kecamatan Setu Kabupaten Bekasi.
