Pendekatan Komunikasi Antar Budaya tentang Penerapan Aturan PERDA K-3 dan Kebiasaan Masyarakat Kota Bandung dalam Membuang Sampah.

This study focuses on the habit of littering is not in place. This phenomenon occurs almost all corners of the country. This is a major factor city government implement the regulation of K-3 about Cleanliness, Neatness and Comfort. Qualitative descriptive study with this constructivist paradigm, using the approach of intercultural communication. Informants purposively determined by 5 people. The research objective to provide an overview of the attitudes of the people of Bandung, the implementation of legislation related to the K-3. The study says that the city government to apply the K-3 have not noticed the psychological aspects of society. Habit is ingrained, littering, of course, can not be stopped by means prontal, but necessary intercultural approach, considering Bandung consisting of multicultural society. Moreover, comfort and beauty of public transportation users are also affected, with the placement and type of litter box that is not accompanied by the provision of city government.
