IMPLEMENTASI BAURAN PROMOSI PADA USAHA KULINER RESTORAN BUMBU DESA CILEDUG DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

The results of a survey by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) recorded 82.85% of companies affected by the Covid-19 corona virus pandemic. Based on the sector, the accommodation and food / drink businesses experienced the largest decline in income, namely 92.47%. The Bumbu Desa Ciledug Restaurant is no exception, which just opened in August 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of the promotional mix at the Bumbu Desa Restaurant in Ciledug and to find out how the promotion was implemented at the Bumbu Desa Ciledug Restaurant in the midst of the Covid_19 pandemic. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method was used to describe the promotion mix at the Bumbu Desa Restaurant, Ciledug Village. Data collection techniques, the author uses a semi-structured interview method involving 3 people in charge of the Bumbu Desa Restaurant, Ciledug Village, 3 customers of the Bumbu Desa Restaurant, as well as documentation and observation to obtain data. The results showed that the Bumbu Desa Ciledug Restaurant used several techniques such as SMS Blast, personal selling, sales promotion, advertising on local radio and utilizing social media such as Instagram, Facebook. By doing these techniques it is expected to increase revenue from the Bumbu Desa Ciledug Restaurant in the future. the Covid-19 pandemic.
