Pengaruh Penerapan Absensi Fingerprint Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pada PT. Telkom Indonesia Jakarta

Discipline is very important to achieve goals. Particularly in validity is considered still weak. The study aims to determine the effect of fingerprint attendance on the work discipline of personnel at PT Telkom Indonesia. The method used is quantitative analysis method. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires and using saturated samples, a sample of 30 respondents from a population of 30 employees. The technique used is the correlation coefficient test, the determination coefficient test, and the regression equation test. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained the correlation coefficient of 0.953 shows that the level of relationship is very strong between fingerprint absences to work discipline. Fingerprint Attendance affects 90.8% of Work Discipline, while the remaining 9.2% is influenced by other factors not examined by this study. Based on the SPSS calculation table above, we can get the equation, namely: Y = 8.301 + 0.813X.
