Pengaruh Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pegawai Pada PT Sejahtera Buana Trada Jakarta

This research aims to determine the influence of organizational communication on work motivation of employees at PT. Sejahtera Buana Trada Jakarta. The research method used in the quantitative method is assisted by the SPSS series 24.0 application program. The sample used was 35 respondents, in this study also tested the validity, reliability, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and linear regression analysis. Based on a simple linear regression analysis between the independent variables of organizational communication (X), on employee motivation (Y), the equation can be arranged as follows: Y = 5.319 + 0.838X, 838, so that it can be stated that if there is no organizational communication carried out by PT . Sejahtera Buana Trada, work motivation is only 5.319. The regression coefficient of X is 0.838 stating that for each addition of 1 (one) time to organizational communication, work motivation will increase by 5.319. Conversely the direction of organizational communication relations and work motivation is positive means that it is in the same direction. Correlation coefficient of influence of Organizational Communication on work motivation (R) 0.849, and determination coefficient (R2) of 0.80 where the remaining 20% is influenced by other factors such as; leadership style, compensation and others.
