ANALISA PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KELURAHAN JATIRASA KOTA BEKASI

ABSTRACT Human Resources is an indispensable asset for managing both government and private organizations. The existence of giving motivation to work in such a way to employees is expected to improve the spirit and performance of employees. To be able to know the effect of work motivation on employee performance at Kantor Kelurahan Jatirasa Kota Bekasi author using observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The author distributes questionnaires to 34 respondents, and then the data is processed using SPSS version 20.0. Based on the calculation of product moment correlation coefficient obtained results of 0.751, where the number of scores indicates the strength of the relationship between work motivation on employee performance. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination can be seen that the work motivation affect employee performance of 56.4% and seen from the regression equation formed Y = 4.906 + 0.833X. This indicates that there is a positive and significant influence between work motivation on employee performance. Based on the results of research, it is necessary to increase the maximum work motivation to improve employee performance.
