This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of training on productivity in BLK of Malakasari Village East Jakarta.This subjects were participants BLK with a sample of 36 people using purposive sampling technique. The study design used is quantitative research with survey method, interviews, and questionnaires. Data collection tool using a Likert scale as quantitative data. and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. Variables used: productivity (Y), training methods (X1), the training content (X2), and the ability of the instructor (X3). The results showed that the value of R2 is 0.672 that 67.2% of participants work productivity is influenced by training, as well as multiple regression equation Y = 0.550 + 0.184 + X2 + 0,287X1 0,170X3. In the t test and F all of which show that the training programs run effect on increasing productivity of participants of BLK.
