MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI DIVISI SDM KANTOR PUSAT PERUM DAMRI JAKARTA TIMUR

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of work motivation carried out by the Human Resources Division of the Head Office of the DAMRI Public Corporation in East Jakarta in increasing the motivation of its employees. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method by conducting observations, namely direct observation of the implementation of employee work motivation, conducting interviews directly in order to obtain accurate information about any efforts made in increasing employee work motivation and conducting documentation studies, namely collecting Complementary data regarding the implementation of work motivation carried out by the Human Resources Division at the Head Office of the Public Corporation DAMRI East Jakarta Implementation of employee motivation is given in the form of positive motivation (giving gifts) and negative motivation (giving sanctions). So far the implementation of work motivation has been considered quite effective. it is quite effective. The percentage of employee attendance in 2015 was 90%, then in 2016 it increased 2% to 92% and in 2017 the attendance rate of employees increased by 1% to 93%.
