STRUGGLE OF THE MAIN CHARACTER IN HALF-GIRLFRIEND MOVIE BY MOHIT SURI

The objective of this research is to understand the meaning of Struggle. Struggle is a part of conflict in our lives all the time. Struggle is a form of maturity that involves imagination, energy, and courage in making a decision in life. The writer used the descriptive qualitative method to analyze the type of struggle in Half Girlfriend movie. The results of the analysis are the writer found three types of struggle in the movie, they are, Man vs Self, Man vs Man, and Man vs Society. The writer also found the struggle happens of the main character in Half Girlfriend movie. In the movie, the main character was a man who failed in the interview session because his English not very good in one of the famous colleges in New Delhi, but he never give up to be a student in that college, he got a second chance through sports trial, and finally, he got it. From the movie we learn about everyone has a dream of what they want to be. A dreams come true if everyone believes in their abilities, find the reason for achieving it, never give up and Ignore the people who oppose your dream.
