Abstract :
This research aims how to analyze the management function factors which influence Tech - Entrepreneurship as an effort to raise eespecially in Tanah Abang area.The research uses multiple linear regression with it describe for the formula : Y : a + b1x1 +b2x2 +b3x3, . The dependent variable consist of the growth of clothes industry in Tanah Abang area, and the independent variable are marketing, innovation and networking, and how the management factor influence the tech - entrepreneurship within an effort for making growth of clothes industry in small and medium enterprises, and it give solution and make contribute for increase the growth clothes industry are the purpose of this research .interim result of the test statistic y= Y : 22,217 - 0,509X1+ 0,259 X2 + 0,292X3, at result there is needed an efficient strategy , especially in Innovation, marketing , and Networking, and at least it is relation to usage in Technology and Information , because from the result , it can be resumed that in SME'S in Clothing Industry Tanah Abang Area within usage of Tech - entrepreneurship , this present is still less, and it need more attention , especially governance and stakeholder .
