Baru Berbasis Web Pada SMK Panjatek Bekasi Dewasa ini perkembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan bagi berbagai intansi pemerintahan, tidak terkecuali dalam bidang pendidikan. Beberapa tahun terakhir, perkembangan sistem teknologi ini turut merambah dalam sistem administrasi manajemen sekolah, salah satunya adalah sistem penerimaan siswa baru. Kecepatan serta efesiensi adalah faktor utama yang mendorong setiap sekolah untuk terus memperbaharui sistem mereka. Namun sayangnya, belum semua sekolah memiliki fasilitas tersebut. SMK Panjatek Bekasi adalah salah satu sekolah yang masih belum memiliki sistem informasi yang terkomputerisasi. Seluruh input data penerimaan siswa baru di SMK Panjatek masih menggunakan sistem secara konvensional. Hal tersebutlah yang mendorong penulis untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru Berbasis Web pada SMK Panjatek. Dalam perancangan ini penulis menggunakan metode prototype, dimana langkah awalnya yaitu memberikan pertanyaan – pertanyaan seputar penerimaan siswa baru di SMK Panjatek yang masih menggunakan sistem konvensional sehingga mendapatkan data – data yang nanti akan analisa untuk membangun desain sistem yang akan dibuat. Desain sistem ini merupakan kegiatan membuat kerangka sistem berdasarkan data yang dibutuhkan agar proses sistem yang berjalan tidak berantakan.

Today the development of technology and information systems today has become a
necessity for various government institutions, including in the field of education. In
recent years, the development of this technological system has also penetrated the
school management administration system, one of which is the new student
admission system. Speed and efficiency are the main factors that encourage every
school to continue to renew their system. But unfortunately, not all schools have
these facilities. Bekasi Panjatek Vocational School is one school that still does not
have a computerized information system. All input data for new student admissions
at Panjatek Vocational School still use the conventional system. This is what drives
the writer to design a Web-based New Student Admissions Information System at
Panjatek Vocational School. In this design the author uses the prototype method,
where the initial step is to provide questions - questions about the acceptance of new
students in Panjatek Vocational School who are still using conventional systems so
that the data will be analyzed to build the system design that will be created. This
system design is an activity to create a system framework based on the data needed
so that the system process that runs is not messy.
