SISTEM INFORMASI PERSEDIAAN ALAT TULIS KANTOR PADA PT MARINA JAYA SEJAHTERA JAKARTA UTARA

ABSTRACT
Ronaldi (12166822), Office Stationery Inventory Information System at PT. Marina Jaya
Sejahtera North Jakarta
Inventories are goods or resources stored in a warehouse that will be used later by the company
in the sales process to the consumer. In a company, there must be a stock. Inventory of goods in
a business becomes an important thing for a company. Therefore the company must be able to
manage the inventory of goods effectively and efficiently to fit the company's goals. PT. Marina
Jaya Sejahtera is a company engaged in the management of importer documents, where many
use office supplies. The fact that happened in the field that the office stationery inventory system
that occurred at PT. Marina Jaya Sejahtera is still irregular or still uncontrolled, so that
sometimes employees in the field almost every time sending to customs always ask for a budget
to buy pens, ink stamps and so on. This is still considered a mild thing by the company which
makes the company's expenditure in purchasing office stationery uncontrolled. With the
existence of these problems, the idea arises to create a software that functions to control the
inventory of office stationery, so that it can reduce the costs incurred in purchasing office
stationery at PT. Marina Jaya Sejahtera.
