The results of this study exposed the types of gender equality symbols, the meaning

of gender equality symbols and gender equality functions. It could be found that

Symbols are not only items but symbols can also be seen in several/things such as

people, objects, actions, places and events ; and then  gender equality has several

parts ; they are equality, employment, promotion and participation In this study was

also contained. The writer can see that there are many meanings and functions in this

symbol of gender equality.
