Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Karyawan Pada PT Trisentosa Adhirajasa Jakarta

This research is observation, questionnaire, interview and literature study. The sample used was a saturated sample, with 30 respondents, with an error rate of 5 %. In this study used the calculation of the correlation coefficient test, the test of determination, and the regression equation test, with the help of SPSS version 20. In the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained a resulf of 0.693 which means work discipline on the employee motivation has a strong relationship. Calculation of the coefficient of determination test obtained results of 48.0%, wich means the effect of work discipline on employee motivation, while the remaining 52.0% is influenced by other factors. For the results of the regression equation test obtained Y=18.224 + 0.598 X it means that each increase in the work discipline unit increases by about 0.598.
