Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Kelurahan Cipinang Cempedak Jakarta Timur

This research aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the East Jakarta Cipinang Cempedak District Office. The sample used in this study were 30 respondents using a sampling technique are employees of the Cipinang Cempedak village office. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale model. Based on the correlation coefficient table, the value of sig 0.00 <0.05, which means that there is an influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance, with the results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient, the value of r = 0.846 means that shows a very strong relationship between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance on Cipinang Cempedak Urban Office. In the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained a figure of 0.716, which means 71.6% shows the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance and the remaining 28.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
