protecting all people with affordable premiums and with wider coverage for the entire
community. The purpose of this study was to show the effect of BPJS health service quality on patient satisfaction at
the Bekasi Regional General Hospital (RSUD). This s
tudy uses an associative quantitativ
e approach. This
is due to
th
e
study discusses the effect of service quality and patient satisfaction. Associative research is research to find out
an influence or relationship
between two or more variables
.
The p
opulation in this study were all inpatients of BPJS
participants at the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) of Bekasi City. Sampling in this study uses non
-
probability
techniques
sampling with purposive sampling method, which is taking the number of samples b
ased on certain
considerations and or has been determined by the previous criteria that are considered to represent the population,
so that the sample size taken is 100 respondents. The Correlation Coefficient Test Result is 0.813 which means a
very strong
relationship between Service variables and BPJS patient satisfaction variables. Patient satisfaction
variables are influenced by services at 66.2%, this is indicated from the calculation of the Determination Coefficient
of 0.662 or 66.2%, meaning Patient
satisfaction is influenced by services by 66.2%. While the remaining 33.8% is
influenced by other variables that require further research. From the results of the Regression Analyst can be
obtained the equation, namely: Y = 17,318 + 0,589 X.
