DYNAMIC AND STATIC CHARACTERS IN THE KING’S SPEECH MOVIE DIRECTED BY TOM HOOPER

The objective of this research is to analyze the dynamic and the static characters in The King’s Speech movie. This research is conducted using descriptive qualitative method. Based on the analysis, the writer finds that Prince Albert is the dynamic character in the movie. The result of the character‟s development is Prince Albert finally can deliver a speech. Moreover, there are three static characters in the movie; Lionel, Elizabeth, and David. They remain the same both psychologically and physically till the end of the movie.
