At the Office of West Kalimantan Provincial Disaster Management Agency periodic salary increase process is often delayed due to the administrative process is carried out within a grace period of two years. Selian's data storage is still done in a simple way using Microsoft Word which complicates the processing of periodic payrolls. Therefore, it takes an application that can assist in processing periodic payrolls. This study aims to produce an application that can help increase the efficiency of time in processing documents periodic salary increase. The methodology used in this research is waterfall as a method of software development and data collection techniques, namely observation, interview and literature study. Waterfall method to analyze and design the system needed by West Kalimantan Provincial Disaster Management Agency. Development This app is designed for two levels, namely admin and user (treasurer and subhead of TU). It is expected that this Application can make the process of Increase Salary Period better than the previous system.
