PENGARUH PELATIHAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT JASA RAHARJA (PERSERO) KANTOR PUSAT JAKARTA

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence between employee training on the performance of employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Jakarta Head Office. The research method used is a correlational method using primary data. The sampling technique is a saturated sample of 50 people through questionnaires. In this study the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of 0.831 can be stated that the training relationship with employee performance is positive and very strong, while the coefficient of determination test obtained a value of 0.690 or 69% employee performance is influenced by training and the remaining 31.0% is influenced by other factors in outside the research variable. While the regression equation is obtained Y = 16.481 + 0.611X which can be interpreted as each addition of 1 training unit will improve employee performance by 0.611 units. From the results of the t test shows the value of sig 0,000 is smaller than alpha 0.05, which means that training has a significant effect on employee performance with a real level of 5%.
