Aplikasi Pengolahan Data Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Untuk Meningkatkan Pelayanan Koperasi

Savings and Loans cooperatives is one of the non-bank financial institutions that are assigned to provide community services, in the form of loans and money storage for the community. Data processing systems that are currently run some cooperatives still use conventional systems that still use book recording media or using Microsoft Excel. The impact is often the occurrence of errors in recording the data members, data storage, loan data, payment data up to reporting, but also conventional system can provide opportunities to cooperative officers to commit fraud. This research was conducted with the purpose to analyze the weaknesses that often occur in cooperatives and build a system of data processing cooperative savings and loan that can provide convenience to cooperative officers for data processing and reporting, and can improve service cooperative officers to members. The research method used is data collection method by performing stages Observation and Interview then Method of system development using Waterfall Model. The results of this study availability of information systems proved to provide convenience for officers in recording and processing data cooperatives and can improve service officers to members of the library.
