One  of  the  requirements  that  must  be  owned  by  companies  engaged  in  transportation  is  good inventory  management,  with  good  inventory  management  that  will  support  the  operations  of vehicles owned by the company. To have good inventory management, an information system is needed, without an information system, it will be difficult for companies to create good inventory management. This is also the case with PO. Three Stars. But it is not an easy matter to provide an  information  system,  expensive  prices  are  the  main  reason  often  expressed  by  the  owners  of transportation companies. However, with the existence of an ERP system based on open source, this obstacle can be overcome, but it is not an easy thing to implement an open sorce-based ERP system, it requires a good analysis of module requirements so that the system to be implemented can  be  in  line  with  expectations.  To  analyze  the  requirements  of  the  module,  three  stages  were used in this study, namely: the problem identification stage, the module needs analysis stage, and the installation phase which  was  accompanied  by the implementation of the  system. The results of  this  study  indicate  that  the  modules  implemented  are  very  suitable  for  operational  activities PO. Three Stars.
