Credit is
the provision of money or bills based on an agreement or agreement between the
bank and another party that requires the borrowing party to pay off its
obligations after a certain period of time. The purpose of this research is to
determine the efforts made by PT BPR Intidana in channeling consumer loans in
accordance with the interests of customers, especially PT BPR which addresses
Jalan Fatmawati Raya No.27, South Jakarta. The method used is qualitative.
Secondary data type. The research includes credit administration, procedures,
and services in consumer lending to customers. PT BPR Intidana's consumer loan
products consist of multifarious loans, mortgages and working capital loans.
Through consumer loans, this company makes it easy for customers who want to
get credit loans. In general the criteria set forth in channeling consumer
loans to PT BPR Intidana, namely customers who meet the loan requirements. In
extending its credit, BID Intidana stipulates several applicable stages, namely
the loan application stage, credit analysis, credit committee decisions, credit
disbursement, credit administration, credit guidance and supervision as well as
the credit repayment stage. The conclusion is; the results of the study are
expected to increase the amount of consumer lending to customers, it helps
in improving the standard of living of th community.
