Abstract Leadership plays a very critical role in an organization because it has a strong influence on the running of the organization. The success or failure of an organization is determined by many things, one of which is the leadership factor. Successful leaders are able to become creators and drivers of motivation for their subordinates by creating an atmosphere and work culture that can spur the improvement of the performance of the employees. This study aims to determine how leadership style can influence the employee performance of PT Pos Indonesia. This research can be categorized as descriptive-quantitative research. Questionnaires with Likert scales ranging from 1-5 were distributed to 30 respondents. Data from the respondent's answers were then processed with a simple regression method using SPSS version 24.00. The Test Results show the Correlation Coefficient of Employee Performance is 0.752 which translates a strong influence between the independent variables (Leadership Style) and the dependent variable (Employee Performance). Based on Anova's table, it can be seen that the significant value is 0,000 <0.005, so the hypothesis is accepted. Based on the Model Summary table above it can be seen that the value of R Square is 0.565, meaning that employee performance is influenced by leadership style of 56.5 %. From the results of regression equation test Leadership Style has a positive-significant influence on Employee Performance in PT Pos Indonesia
