ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of product quality on Samsung smartphone purchase decisions. Assisted with SPSS application program veesi 24.0. A random sample count of 100 people. Technique of collecting data using questionnaire xenan likert scale. Correlation Coefficient Test Results on Samsung smartphone of 0.713 which has a strong influence between the independent variable (Product Quality) with the dependent variable (Purchase Decision). Based on the table Anova can be seen that the significant value of 0.000 <0.005 then the decision H1 accepted.Based on Summary Model table above can be known R Square value of 0.508 or 50.8%, meaning that the purchase decision variable is influenced by product quality variable of 50.8% . While the rest of 49.2% influenced influenced by other factors. From result of regression analysis can be obtained equation that is: Y = 16,121 + 0,602, X Where Y = purchase decision and X = product quality. Then it can be concluded the constant of 16,121 states that if there is no quality of Products done by the company, then the purchase decision obtained sebesaar 16.121. The regression coefficient X of 0.602 states that every addition of 1 times the quality of the product can increase the purchase decision of 0.602. And conversely, if product quality decreased 1 (one) time then Purchase Decision predicted decrease equal to 0,602. So the direction of the relationship The quality of the product with the purchase decision is positive meaning unidirectional. From the calculation results of regression equation test above about the effect of product quality on Samsung smartphone purchase decision positive relationship or direction between the influence of product quality influence to purchase decision.
