ABSTRACTION

Linda Sri Sukma Liana Putri (1116043), Design and Design of Administrative

Accounting Accounting Information Systems at the Al-Irfan Purwakarta

Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs).

The application of technology and information systems has an important

role to support and improve performance within an organizational framework,

especially in the field of education which includes operational activities for

registering new students with financial administration. Information system is a

component that consists of people, information technology and work procedures that

analyze, process, store and provide information to achieve a certain goal. Problems

that occur in Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-Irfan Purwakarta in the operational

activities of admission of new student registrations and financial administration

managed by the Treasurer are frequent errors in the processing of new student

registration data processing, errors in the calculation of financial administration

consisting of cash in from administrative payments made by students, cash out for

operational needs of educational development and errors in making general journals

that often occur financial calculation errors that include recapitulation of cash in

and cash out administration that is not in accordance with the finances received or

that have been issued so reports , evidence of information generated is not accurate,

the time required in operational activities of student registration with an

administrative recapitulation is not efficient, performance is not hampered quickly

which results in service, performance and operational activities are not appropriate

AI with the expected results.
