With the rapid development of technology today, every company is required to be better prepared to face the existing situation by utilizing all the resources and information.PT. Cosmo Technology is a company engaged in the field of electro. At this time the new employee recruitment system in this company is still not computerized or still manual, ranging from employee request documents, file storage applications, until the making of the report.So as to enable less accurate reports made and delays in searching new employee data. Therefore, it requires an information system that supports and provides information for new employees.The research method used in the design of new employee recruitment program is using Waterfall method and database design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS).This application is the best solution to solve the problems in this company, so it can provide convenience if the company needs information about applicants to occupy the position to be occupied. as well as with web-based information can be accessed anytime and anywhere and can achieve a more effective and efficient activities in conducting activities at this company.
