Salary is an important element that can affect employee performance, because salary is a tool to meet various employee needs. Cafe 4.20 is a company engaged in the sale of fast food. Cafe 4.20 is also still under CV. Aubell Transolutions. In the process of data processing, absent employees, and salary recap still use archives, so that if something goes wrong or loses one of the data then it must repeat from the beginning. The research method that is carried out includes field studies, also doing literature study, this method is done to support and complete the data obtained in the form of references to strengthen data and can solve problems faced by Cafe 4.20. In terms of developing information systems, it is expected to be a solution to solve the problems that exist in Cafe 4.20, which is designed a payroll system that is used to facilitate data storage, data input, and report generation. This payroll system can make it easier to see data payroll data that has been stored in the file so that it will be faster in the data processing process.
