PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMESANAN TIKET TRAVEL PADA CV SELAMET TOUR AND TRAVEL SUKABUMI

The technology that is developing at this time requires companies to develop online-based information systems, this information system makes the system easier to use by the organization and is able to meet the needs of information quickly and accurately. One of the businesses that need assistance from information technology is the travel business, this business requires high mobility, fast information distribution, fast customer service, and real-time inter-branch or city communication. CV Selamet Tour and Travel is one of the companies engaged in transportation. As a company that is professional in their field, CV Selamet Tour and Travel always strives to provide fast, easy and satisfying services to its customers. The research method used in the design of this travel ticket booking information system is using the Waterfall method and database design using the Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Logical Record Structure (LRS). This online travel ticket booking information system includes ticket booking process, ticket cancellation, and payment process, these steps can only be done by consumers who have become customers, and to become customers, consumers must first register in order to make an order or purchase Travel tickets are in accordance with what has been provided and as desired. With the construction of this website, the travel ticket booking application program can run well so that the information and reports needed will be presented quickly and accurately, wherever and whenever and can improve and optimize the service and booking of tickets both in terms of online registration and ordering ticket and can provide fast, precise and accurate information.
