ABSTRACT
Yuni Handayani (11160835), Design of Program Health Service Information System At Jayanti Clinic Jakarta
Health services are carried out in every health unit to serve people with problems in their bodily condition. In conducting the process of health services, required a handling and processing of data concerned properly. Jayanti Clinic is one health unit that provides public health services to the community. In the health services provided at jayanti clinic is still conventional / manual. That includes the writing and storage of patient data still using paper media. And the absence of making important reports needed at the clinic. From these conditions can inhibit watu at the time of searching patient data, and also can lead to errors in writing. In addition, the stored data is prone to loss and destruction of unpredictable data. To overcome the problems that exist in the previous system, then needed a computer-based information system. Which is where the program is created using VB.NET and MYSQL database. With this program, it will be easier to find patient data, patient data stored safer and can make reporting with ease and with accurate result.
