The speed of accessing news and information through the internet media is the reason the author development utilitizing Information and Communication Technology to build a system in the Agency SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja Sukabumi district. Based on the result of the analysis with need to design a system that could address the problems revealed. The system is implemented as a web base application needs to be designed so that support is also. The application is the application of the New Student Registration System, is a container for information without knowing the limits. New Student Registration System Application based on PHP and MySQL or commonly called the website created on the SMP Negeri 2 Sukaraja Sukabumi district. After drafting the next step is implementing the new system and simulated, simulations are then tested to determine the extent to which the system can help breaking a way. Purpose of making this website not only to convey and listen to the aspiration of only. But also to facilitate data collection, and parent participating in education.
