ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PADA KOPERASI PEGAWAI MARITIM TANJUNG PRIOK JAKARTA

ABSTRACT

Employees play an important role in carrying out all the activities of the company to grow and develop to maintain the company's survival. Some ways to achieve good performance can be achieved through education, training, decent compensation, creating a conducive and motivating work environment. In this way it is expected to maximize the responsibility for their work because the employees have been equipped and it is in the process of implementing their work. This study is developed and using quantitative descriptive research method. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling, accidental sampling, with a total sample of 37 peoples with survey questionanaire research methods. The correlation coefficient, determinant coefficient and regression equation test are used to analyze data with SPSS 20 version. The outcome of the analysis shows that the coss coefficient is 0,603, this/which means that the relation between compensation and performance is significant, positive and strong, whilst the regression test shows the regression equation is Y = 17,650 + 0,713X, which means a=17,650, if X=0 then the performance amount is 17,650, b=0,713 if the X value goes up by 1, that means in every addition of compensation value will affect the value of performance value of 0,713.
