ANALISIS KESUKSESAN WEBSITE SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK STIKES SUKABUMI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DELONE DAN MCLEAN

The Sukabumi School of Health Sciences (STIKES) is a nursing and midwifery educational institution that already has a website-based academic information system (SIAKAD) to provide easy access to information for students and other academic service needs. This study empirically examines the success of the STIKES Sukabumi academic information system website using the DeLone and McLean (2003) information system success model by analyzing the success of an information system consisting of elements of information quality, system quality, service quality, usage, and user satisfaction. and net benefit. Data collection was carried out by giving questionnaires through a digital system to students or users of the STIKES Sukabumi academic information system website through google form using random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. This research method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and uses SmartPLS 3.0 software to analyze the data. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that from the 9 hypotheses 5 hypotheses are supported or accepted, while the 4 hypotheses are information quality, service quality has no significant effect on usage, service quality, and usage has no significant effect. on user satisfaction.
