Kiarison Sihotang (15170363), Application Program for
Admission of Candidates for Sipropam Members of the Sukabumi City Police Using
the Ahp Method
The main tasks of SIPROPAM Sukabumi City Police are Professional Development, Security in the Internal Environment of the POLRI Organization, Enforcement of Discipline, Maintaining Order in the POLRI Environment & Service for Complaints from the Community regarding Deviant Actions from POLICE Personnel or ASN. There are 4 criteria to determine the scholarship recipients, namely: professional, disciplined, accurate, ethical with the weights of each criterion. To make it easier for the Sukabumi Police to determine its prospective members, it is necessary to have a decision support recommendation system that serves to assist in the selection of prospective members of Sipropam. In this study, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used as an alternative system that can be used to determine scholarship recipients based on predetermined criteria. The weighting results obtained from the 4 criteria used are Professional with a weight of 0.476 or 47.61%, Discipline with a weight value of 0.270 or 27.02%, Accurate criteria with a weighting value of 0.159 or 15.86%, Ethics criteria with a weight value of 0.095 or 9.52%. The total ranking obtained from the 4 best alternative candidates for Sipropam members is Dea Irawan with a total rank of 0.339%.
