Abstraksi
This study aims to obtain data related to the relationship between principal leadership and the
quality of teacher performance, the relationship between organizational culture and the quality
of teacher performance, as well as the relationship between principal leadership and
organizational culture together with the quality of teacher performance. This research was
conducted in the SDIT Islamicity, Tangerang City, using a correlational survey method. The
population of this study were all employees in the SDIT Islamicity, Tangerang City, which
spread across 10 urban villages. In taking the sample, the researcher used the Slovin formula
with an error rate of 0.05% in order to obtain a sample of 99.81 which was rounded to 100
respondents selected by proportional random sampling. The instrument used was a
questionnaire that was calibrated for validity and reliability. The results showed (1) There is a
significant positive relationship between the principal and organizational culture in the SDIT
Islamicity, Tangerang City, (2) There is a significant positive relationship between
organizational culture and the quality of Teacher performance in the SDIT Islamicity,
Tangerang City. (3) There is a significant positive relationship between principal leadhership
and organizational culture together with the quality of teacher performance in the SDIT
Islamicity, Tangerang City.
