This paper study e-dossier information system for data collection of archive holders of pension insurance policy of PT. ASABRI in digital media. The problem that occurs is the control of the participants' dossier which still have to be made adjustment between the data of the participants and the dossier conventionally finds constraints on the service time. Grouping files into digital data that can be searched for viewing or printing to improve service to participants. Control dossier both existing in the file warehouse and with the system will be done so as to improve the performance of the discipline administration order. The system is developed web-based to be accessible on more than one computer. The research method used in descriptive qualitative analysis design, while the method of software development using Software Development Life Cycle with Waterfall model.
