ANALISIS PENGARUH PEMBERIANKOMPENSASI TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT KAI COMMUTER JABODETABEK

Human Resources Management is one of the important factors in a company. The company can produce the maximum profit if the Resources owned work optimally, effective and efficient. But managing people needed a good ability of the management, because human beings can not be in the program as we program the machine. Humans always subject to change at any time depending on the conditions. Management should be able to create a system that can motivate employees.One of the things that motivate employee performance is of the compensation can be given by the company as the reciprocal of the effort given by the employee. Companies must be able to create attractive compensation formula that employee motivation can be improved. The compensation is not limited to a salary but bonuses, allowances, incentives should also be taken to ensure that the employee's performance can be improved.The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation (correlation) between compensation and employee motivation PT KAI Commuter Jabodetabek General section. Data were obtained through questionnaires, observations and literature were then processed using the SPSS statistical test.The result of the calculation of correlation coefficient r = 0.861 means that the value is included in the category of very strongly suggests there is a positive correlation between compensation and direction to motivation kerjadengan determination coefficient result KD = 74.1%, showing that the increase in motivation caused by compensation for 74.1% and the remaining 25.9% is influenced by other factors. From the calculation of the coefficient of the simple linear regression equation Y = (- 41.956) + 1,064X. Keywords: Compensation, Work Motivation
