The number of vehicles that increased rapidly and limited parking space. This often causes congestion and makes road users damaged. The purpose of this study is to find out how the vehicle parking system at Yogya Sukabumi Toserba, find that happened to the system that runs by parking the vehicle, and provide controlled information for vehicle parking process. Method of data retrieval is done by direct observation, interview, and literature study. Software development methods consist of system requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing and support. Based on the research result, parking system at Yogya Sukabumi Toserba using semi-automatic parking system (manless system). Manless system applied in places of Yogya Department Store of Sukabumi City has some shortage of parking rate payment can not be made based on long time, Parking System for parking happened with E-Parking system. This system can reduce the congestion due to queue of vehicles in entering the parking area or when out of the parking area. This system can also help the user in planning parking by looking at balances owned, and very helpful admin in making parking financial statements.
