ABSTRACT

Herlan Halim Sugiarto (12151701), Design of Population Displacement Information System in Sukamaju Village

 

Sukamaju village is an expansion of Sukalarang village which is now also a subdistrict of the district of Sukaraja. In Desa Sukamaju still use conventional method (manual) in the system of population movement. Residents who will propose the transfer from Sukamaju Village, either between villages, sub-districts, districts, or provinces should come directly to the Sukamaju Village Office to manage the transfer data. In the Village Office the Applicant must submit a copy of KTP and KK and fill in the form of Move Letter provided by KASIE Pemerintahan. From the above problems, the Sukamaju Village Office needs a computerized system to solve the problem. Thus, the design of the proposed Population Displacement System in Sukamaju Village is the solution of the problems faced by Sukamaju village in its migration service. With this proposed method, the population who will propose the movement does not need to come directly when submitting to the Sukamaju Village Office, but simply by opening the village web. In the village web the applicant can directly fill in the data of his move. After filling out the transfer data, the applicant will get a Submission Number. The filing number will be used to retrieve the Move Letter at the Sukamaju Village Office.
