GO-JEK service availability in other cities began to lead
to conflict. Slowly but surely, the noise rejection of the GO-JEK
began to flow from the conventional motorcycle taxi driver. There
are five characteristics used to evaluate the quality of services. The
indicator variable quality of service are: responsivness
(responsiveness, Reliability (reliability), Assurance (collateral ),
Emphaty (attention), Tangibles (physical ability). We can see that
consumers feel happy or satisfied with their service GO-JEK given
to the consumer, who has brought positive or satisfactory in every
question that we can be seen in the total value of the weighting and
the value of the average
