Satisfaction of employee’s work is very important in each organization, sometimes it emerges a
positive impact from its working. The affectivity and efficiency of work are things that commonly
appear as an impact from the satisfaction of employee’s work. From the increasing of those things,
the company is able to obtain an expected achievement either the company to find the profit or to
save the company’s outcome. Therefore, the forming or increasing of employee’s work satisfaction
should be concerned by each management in the company.
